Why I Hate Pay Pal

Advice anyone. lived overseas for a time. Opened a paypal account. Returned home & went to use, payment frozen, different ip, phone call, sorted... refund but refund to paypal account & not into original account so now overdrawn & in another country....? I try paying w home credit card not linked...
