Hi, thanks for coming to my channel. The stuartphillipssalon channel is dedicated to hair makeovers and tutorial videos, where I'll be demonstrating how to achieve certain celebrity hairstyles and other exciting haircuts and colour changes. Also be the occasional TV show that I've recently appeared on.

Biog: My salon's situated in London's Covent Garden, where I cut & style hair a few times a week, the other days are dedicated to my public relations for the Stuart Phillips brand.

In the past years I've looked after the hair for many different celebrities, some of them including; Bridgitte Neilson, Chris Noth (Mr. Big), Ronnie Woods, Beverly Knight, David Seaman, Serena and Venus Williams, Jamie Oliver, Jonathon Ross, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Janice Dickinson, Ivana Trump, Caprice, Girls Aloud and The Hoff himself!

I get involved with many different and exciting projects; back in 2003 I worked in South Africa on a movie set (for 3 months) with the Actor Jean-Claude Van Damme.

In 2004 I became the first British hairdresser to officially sponsor the BAFTA's (British Academy Television Awards) my team and I would style the hair once a year for the nominated actors, producers and directors. Stuart Phillips salon sponsored the BAFTA's from 2003-2006.
Following the BAFTA's I was contacted by other productions to style the hair for many more actors, singers and comedians for their awards ceremonies. The other productions were, The British Comedy Awards, The British Soap Awards, The National Television Awards, MOBO's, The Emma's and the Royal Television Society Awards.

In 2007 I looked after the hair for the production of ITV's dancing on Ice, with former ice skating champions Torvill and Dean. This proved a big challenge as Jane Torvill's hair was only a few inches long, I achieved this by first bonded in about 200 hair extensions, this created much longer and fuller hair and gave more options of putting it up. For some of the shows I added hair pieces into her already long hair, this was used when they had to dance to certain types of music and was asked by the producers to make her hair a little more dramatic. I styled Jane's hair for the series (10 shows). Christopher Dean was a lot easier; he just had a little colour and a trim every few shows.

In the same year I placed 1 million pounds worth of diamonds into the singer's hair Michelle Heaton, this was for the BAFTA Television Awards, although I wasn't the official hair sponsor for this particular year I still managed to achieve a massive amount of publicity, Michelle and I were spoken about on various TV shows and her photograph (on the red carpet) was shown in numerous newspapers.
Later on this year I repeated the diamond sculpture but this time placing the same amount of diamonds (1 million pounds worth) into the tennis stars hair Serena Williams, this was for Sir Richard Branson's Pre Wimbledon party.

Towards the end of 2009 I made it into the Guinness book of world records as the most expensive Hairdresser, (charging £8000.00) then broke my own record one year later, (charging £20000.00) this was for a hair package which included; a night at the Mayfair hotel, the flight and live music in the salon.

2010 has been a very interesting year for me, I've been involved with styling hair for an E4 reality show where I looked after the hair for the British actress Natalie Cassidy, for her magazine shoots and red carpet events, the show was aired for 4 weeks.
In the same year I also worked with British TV presenter Lorraine Kelly, for her show called Lorraine Kelly's big fat challenge.

Towards the end of 2010 I styled the hair for the rock music icon Ronnie Woods and his band, this was for his one day London gig, I also styled the hair for all his celebrity guests.

2011 should be an interesting and fun year for me!!
