Flyback won't stay on - Wells Gardnet K7000

Flyback, Vertical IC, IC1 replacement and a cap kit. I had to track down several flow chart type troubleshooting guides and ask a lot of questions on the BYOAC forums as well as ask a lot of advice from the guys over at Arcade Repair Tips Video Series.
