Bench press raw 345x7 best lifts 435x7 squat deadlift 505x3 my raws db row 215x9 straps clean and press 225x5 i also have done 225x 6 clean and press put on the floor lift back up that crap uh and i have done 505x2 squat last time i don it and i remember doing 365x4 bench uh half deadlifts 555x5 thats alll can remember right now oh and db rows 215x11 calf raises 515x12 squat suit 585x3 595 x1 these where my parallel my parallel the lowest i can go with out buckling and killing my self then half deadlift 555x5 the other lifts got them around here somewhere but these are the onesthat are like a power type bench shirt to chest 435x7 then 505x1 two board raw 385x5 and bench shirt two board 485x5 curls 135x8 then hammer curls around 95 x8 i think ivedone 106 in fact i have reverse curl 185x6to8 the curls i cheat very little leg curls 80x10to12 leg curl cant rememberthink around 179to10 clean and high pull around 185 x10 just kind of light didnt really go heavy but i think i may if i do squats i should of done pulldown wide i think i got up to 210 one time and done 8 to 10 i have to put weights on me to weigh me down so i want come off the ground so no telling what the weight is but i just stating putting weights on me again to weight me down havent down in a while so going to start doing again got to 190x12 then v grip 200x7 so start working on these and v seated rows 290x8 start working on medium row frip seated row so see what i can get worked up to a light 210 for 10 but going heavyer next time when ever is and got to start resting more at least 3 to 4 days between doing a exercise again these are all can remember right now and feel like putting down wait db floor press 125x9
