Well cfl is good for veg. But a hps is needed for the flowering. You can get a 250. 400. Watt hps for your need I would believe. Plant looks healthy just needs more nutes. There Are flowering and growing ones with different n.p.k. Ratings. Also a fan would help sturdy the stem and make the girth ...
