I've gotta be honest , with going out with various freinds and family the weight loss has been tough. Im a bit scare to stand on the scales..lol..but I think Im just about maimtaining as my belt is still on the 4th hole! Hey hope u are doing good :) I've got a prob with starting tomorrow because I cant get the sound to work on my lap top web camara .....major downer :( I would still love to see u making a vid ( it would inspire me). Sorry to hear about your divorce,I've been through it and found is very tough too.As for getting back on track....what about both of us getting a vid up, by a week today ( I need to get my webcam working)....hows that for u? Yea I deff think we need to get back on track! It's just I said I wouldnt make any more vids if I went backwards again..lol. Gonna have to eat some humble pie! It's just that every time I lose a good amount of weight,I decide to sabotage myself with crappy food! Mentally,I need to figure out why I do that and I know that lots of people have the same prob! Why when we want something soooo bad do we let ourselves down?? Seriously I need to work this out before I can comeback!
