Here's a video I thought you might like, streetfightsecrets. It's from an organisation in Russia called stopham, which kind of means stop louts or pigs. They are a bunch of young activists who take it upon themselves to patrol the streets of Moscow and terrorise motorists who park inconsideratley by placing large stickers on their windscreens. The stickers read "I dont care at all. I park where I want" by the way. This "stickering" turns real ugly. Try copying this cyrillic text: СтопХам - 18 Чугуна укусили .I hope this gets you there.

Your principles are ground and solid. Have a plan. I can deal with that.

I have a problem; whenever anyone grabs at me I instantly fall to the floor. For example, if my husband jokingly comes up behind me and grabs my waist I just collapse. I'm worried if I'm ever in a real situation where I need to defend myself I'm just going to fall down and make myself more vulnerable. Ever heard of this kind of thing and any ideas how to stop my body reacting this way?

that's great and all....since both hands are clench on your shirt. How about a hard thumb in the eye....it's a optic nerve and is a real bitch of a stun move....that last a solid intense minute.
