At work we are undergoing some sort of educational-program bla bla... Anyway, we had a really good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Psychologist talking about CBT today. Very interesting to hear him talk after Ur supra state vids. Many things we where talking about was applicable on Self Protection and Self Awareness . The only sad thing was that the Psychologist wasn't in to MA or any of that things and didn't "have the time" to discuss this with me. Funny as he was saying that there is no such thing as "no time" when Ur working with people U should always be in the present, ha ha!




Anyways hope Ur trips is worth the money, to many Swedes in Thailand =)

Your vid about the supra state is very interesting, i have been working on something similar for years now, trying to figure out training methods to help others create this state within themselves. funny thing is that when you explain it, you sound very similar to what i sound like when i explained mine to a few of the blokes i train. great minds think alike eh:P anyways just wanted to congratulate you on a good channel and tell you your not alone in your endevours.
