About Stranci

Stranci were gathered together in May 2002. Old friends of many alternative rock bands (Phone Box Vandals, Baby Zdravo, Res nullius, Daddy's Pudding, The Stroj, Lokalne Pizde, AMP,Strojmachine, Emerson...) in his last band decided to create the raw direct pankenrol, called "spicy rockin!:) Unladen with the political, national, sexual and other restrictivites Stranci also reflect working in several languages: Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian, German, English and Russian.

The group was founded in May 2002.

In December 2003 Stranci closed themselves into Studio Ant in Zadobrova pri Celju and, with the help of sound master ITZ (Iztok Mravlje), recorded the material for the new CD with the title Zavrnjeno (Rejected). So in October 2005 the new CD from Stranci finally came to light.

Otherwise, the members of Stranci are old acquaintances from all sorts of bands, such as: Lokalne pizde, Baby zdravo, Ritem sestre, The Stroj, Daddy's pudding, Phone Box Vandaly etc.
In November 2005 Stranci finished shooting their first video for the song Pozabi takšno demokracijo (Forget this kind of democracy).
In 2008 they relesead a single Rdeča raketa in CD compilation VAL08 for national slovene radio VAL 202.
In october 2009 Stranci published a new single Triglav v negativu on CD compilation Rokerji pojejo pesnike,
In 2009 also get on CD compilation national TV SLovenia and Multumedia portal called MMC 09.
In 20. november recorded a new, second CD Kirjetukinor? for FV Music label.
In 2010 they recorded a new single for CD compilation Rokerji pojejo pesnike 2010. New video released in mya 2011 and a new bass player joined us on july 2011. His name is Grega Sevnik.
