NBCA is a patient led, not for profit organization dedicated to helping people suffering from blood clot disorders. Over 300,000 patients are hospitalized each year for leg clots that result in a pulmonary embolism and 1/3 die as a result. NBCA's mission is to prevent deaths and complications from blood clots through education, advocacy, support and research.
