The original Settlers of Western Europe were the Brittonic(Brithonic) Celts from the Basque Country,Gaul and the Iberian peninsula about 6000 years ago! the Anglo Saxons never drove out the Celts entirely from England,or did they? maybe the majority of Saxons at the time of invasions had the Celtic blood! im pretty sure that the Normans of France had the Celtic blood which may of had a significant impact on the Celtic bloodline during the time of invasions,after all they were more or less cousins of the original migrants out of Gaul...We know that there were many Scots,Irish and Welsh,French,Spaniard who came to America in mass numbers,but did you know that the Original English that came to the States primarily came From Southern England the place that had the highest number of Celtic bloodline? and they were 3 to 5 inches taller then the stock they left behind in England...i believe that there is a great amount of Celts from all over the world who came to the states,and the reason for our urge for pride,freedom,and the pursuit of happiness
