PAL is a non-profit organization focused on preventing juvenile delinquency by offering kids positive alternatives, such as youth sports and activities. The St. Johns County Police Athletic League (PAL) was started in 1991 by former Sheriff Neil J. Perry. PAL brings youth participants and law enforcement officers together in a positive atmosphere to promote communication and respect for each other. The programs are staffed by law enforcement officers in cooperation with many volunteers, parents and community members.
