First and foremost, my presiding bishop, Dr Joseph White, laid the foundation for all of the people I'm about to name. He defined our style and our sound through the anointing of the Holy Ghost over 30 yrs. ago. He is an organ player, drummer, guitar player, and a singer. He's written many songs and still writes today! At my church, Power of Deliverance, my sister plays the keyboard, along with my friend Ivan Young. Tyrone Smith and Gabriel Windham play the drums. I used to play the drums all the time, that is, until I found my voice in the bass guitar. I play with a lot of different people throughout our organization, the Church of the Living God Int'l, Inc. (CLGI) Elder Gary Watson Jr. is the International Minister of Music, and he's a MONSTER on the organ and keyboard. My best friend Darius Benson kills the organ every Sunday and Friday night in Philly, Pa @ Sword of the Spirit along with Garbiel's brother, Alex Windham on drums, Deacon Gerald Smith on guitar (KILLER!!!), and Bishop Timothy Lucky on bass. My friend Matthew Watson (Gary's brother) is a beast on the bass and the drums. Their father, Elder Gary Watson Sr., is THE bass player for CLGI. I'm trying to get on his level!! Franklin Clark plays with Matthew, Gary Jr., and Gary Sr. at the headquarters church, the Pool of Bethesda, in Columbus, OH. We all strive to be the best we can, and to play under the anointing of the Holy Ghost so that people can draw closer to God in worship and praise, and be prepared for the ministry of the word!
