The Stinger is the school newspaper of Dhahran High School, one of the few international high schools in Saudi Arabia. It was created as a weekly newspaper towards the end of the 2008-2009 school year by a small group of proactive students. The goal became to release an issue around every month. In the 2010-2011 school year, the newspaper adopted more magazine-like qualities including higher quality photos and designs, as well as professional printing. This year, the Stinger team hopes to double its circulation frequency, include more relevant articles, and for the first time, take polls and print their results. In addition, we are now publishing for a world-wide audience through our online edition.
