'Stimulated Boredom' (an intended and purposeful oxymoron) is a weekly internet radio talk show and podcast that discusses news, politics, history, science, technology, social issues, movies, music and more.

The name of the program is exactly what it suggests -- a place to have your mind stimulated when you are bored -- through discussion of a diverse range of topics, ideas and opinions.

It never takes itself too seriously, while at the same time covering relevant and important issues in a conversational tone that is accessible, entertaining and easy to understand. While some discussions can be complex and though-provoking; other times topics are chosen purely for entertainment purposes...no extra thought required. :)

Whether it is a complex and detailed discussion of WWII, The Big Bang Theory, Stem Cell research, Natural Selection or Socio-economic policy...or lighter topics such as movies, music, emerging technology or video games...each topic is discussed in such a way that the listener comes away with a clear understanding of new opinions and ideas to consider for themselves.

It was born from the desire to create an independent, unedited, unfiltered and uncensored program that is not tethered by the usual constraints and censorship of mainstream media by utilizing a medium that would allow honest, frank, impassioned and unrestricted discussion of an array of subject matter. Therefore regulations, sponsors and advertisers are not permitted any influence over content.

'Stimulated Boredom' entertains listeners from all 50 states and over 95 countries.

Although primarily a talk show, Stimulated Boredom also delivers additional content via the StimulatedBoredom.com website.
