Here I am bringing the 100% all natural, hand made Halloween carnival (Carn-Evil) themed specialty cake to Antonio Cedeno's Club Feathers party on October 30th, 2010. It was the annual costume contest and I was asked to judge it because of "Cake Boss" along with Kim G from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and Adam Barta from MTV, Logo & "Made for Manhattan". Of course I had to bring a cake ;) Also, Whole Foods Market

Here is a sushi cake I made for my sister Jaclyn's Birthday. The party was at a sushi restaurant in Hoboken, New Jersey so I figured why not make a sushi cake? The sushi rolls are all hand made with fondant & coconut. Photos can be seen here http://www.flickr.com/photos/tonyalbanesecakes
