I have recently taken up cake decorating as a hobby. I was inspired to start by many other youtubers. I can't wait to see what I can create. I will soon start working with fondant. Before I started decorating I signed up for the wilton decorating courses at michaels. I have the best instructor Melissa, she tells us if our cakes look like bad and makes us redo things! If she says it's nice you know it has to be true!I am now starting course three and I can't wait. I hope you enjoy my beginner cakes.
