the trailblazer has the g80 locking differenial it locks when it senses wheel slip. a posi wouldnt transfer any power with a wheel off the ground only a locker will.

thats awsome man ive gotton 21 mpg befor with my 2001 f150 4x4 4.6. and mines stock but i have 331 gears that are better for the highway. but i like the upgrades u did and im probly gonna do the same if i could get 25 mpg outta my truck highway i would be very happy.

but regardless it doesnt matter what the make of the vehical is as long as its true 4wd not all wheel drive and u air down the tires you wont get stuck. ive been on a day that the sand is soft cause it hasnt rained and i aired down to 18 psi and it does fine in 4wd high. AIR DOWNNNN!!!!!

they should have a storage area in the bed to carry a extra tranny with them..... dodge trannys suck they have to have a better warrentee cause they never leave the shop

but that looks like a oil pump probelm cause u said that it only knocks when the oil pressure goes down like duhhhhh thats when u need to shut it off. u have probly done a good amount of damage to it by revein it.

@nascar88ford Yea man for sure... the only thing ive ever done to mine is i had to replace the linkage. But that was 80 bucks and i keep it lubed with WD-40 so it doesnt get rusty like befor. But other than that i sure dont have any doughts about chooseing the floor shift 4wd. Definatly FTW!!!!!!!

wider tires are actually worse in snow the only think stopin u was the lower ground clearence. i bet u if u lowerd the air pressure in the tires it would have made it alot better or loaded the bed with waight. all the trucks are bad ass tho. im a big ford f150 fan but i like chevy 1500 z71s.

haha yea the older 5.4s are slower, they only have 3 hp more than my 2001 f150 4.6 mine runs about the same 0-60 but mine shifts at like 5200 rpm WOT i dont know if you were wide open tho. but yea that ford power is amazing haha i love the triton engines.

when they did a oil change the old oil filter o ring probly stayed on the filter base and when he put the new one on it had 2 o rings on there so its gonna leak. and since it had no oil it probly spun a rod bearing
