About this user

I do plan to upload some videos, however if you see videos of a lizard named Velcro, or any Lego battles, those are my son's videos.

I am an avid outdoors person, and live in southern Kentucky, about an hour north of Nashville. I'm married with kids, and lots of pets. I'm also into photography and ham radio.

I have had a very eclectic life. I work in education part time now, and taught at the college and university level for several years. I also worked in public safety work over the years, including city, county and state agencies. I've been an avid photographer since high school, and photographed weddings and portraits for a long time. This combination is rather unique I suppose.

One of my goals is to combine ham radio with outdoor pursuits. As I collect more portable type radio equipment, I plan on trying that.
