great performance as always anna. lots of prokofiev is like rock music, really rhythmic and pounding. those chords and octaves arent easy, well done.

very good interpretation of a very complex piece. Bach is much harder to pull off then other composers in this stage. she is doing very well :)

shes only young, her musicality will improve as she ages. she does excel in the fiery virtuosic pieces, but shows great promise here and in her chopin.

@daytonmlivingston i didnt really find it tiring...are you relaxing your wrists? i found the alkan etude op35 no5 and schubert's erlkonig much more tiring in octaves. theres only so much of your wrist you can relax in certain pieces.

not that its a bad thing, but the volodos arrangement makes the piece as far as possible from original music of mozart

her newer version at verier 2010 is much more refined. anyone disliking this performance should see that before criticizing. its obvious how much she grew in interpretation after only a year

jung lin's beginning is better. no doubt. but the 2nd fast part was very creative, original and fun. i quite enjoyed it. if he was to slow down the first part and pay more attention to note values he could make a good interpretation, rather than just a version where everyone wants to fast forward...

is there a reason why every pianist seems to neglect the non-legato at 0:24?

its very surprising he managed to get it at that speed at age 12.

it looks so fun to play..hard as hell but i wish i could play it. thanks man, you should really think about trying out in some competitions, you're technique is one of a kind among 'youtube pianists'
