@MikeSV1989 i think its more the fact that i have spent the last 2 years doing only compound bodybuilding exercises and essentially ignoring my core (admittedly a foolish idea), so i am unable to lift my 97kg bulk with only my core.

Although the bezel can move easily at least it moves only in an anti clockwise direction which means that if it moves and you look it will indicate LESS breathe time than you actually have rather than increasing your breathe time.
