Back in the 90s I met the same man that Timothy Mcveigh did. Mcveigh said he was 'chipped'. I believe the #1 priority with me was to use torture and psych. ops. to force me into an act of terrorism. When that did not work the secondary mission was to force me to suicide and/or insanity. I have survived 3 suicide attempts to bring you this information.
The American govt. is using this technology to manufacture terrorists to justify the further expansion of their power.
From what I can see a large portion of the US either agrees with it...( a very large percentage unfortunately...larger than those that oppose) and/or frightened of it...and/or a victim of it. Dont be too suprised. Since WWII america has tortured and killed indiscriminately all over the world and now finally they have a good enough excuse to target people here is all.
