George & Ringo had some very good songs after the breakup-It Don't Come Easy, Back Off Boogaloo, Photograph, You & Me Babe and Sunshine Life For Me. All excellent.

@mdw302 Absolutely. I had not heard Back of Boogaloo for awhile & couldn't believe the smokin' hot slide by George on Back Off Boogaloo. George had some very good slide work on John's "Imagine" album, as well as his own releases of course. What a beautiful, unique sound he created.

Love the "Dark Horse" album! I have George's entire body of solo work & the Dark Horse album is unique & one of my favorites.

Best version of this song that I know of. Mick Taylor is so good... took them to a whole new level. They were the best during the era when Taylor was a band member from 1969-1974.

Alvin didn't make Rolling Stone's 100 greatest guitarists list?? Figures-I stopped reading RS after they bashed George Harrison's "Dark Horse" album in 1975. I promptly purchased Dark Horse & have enjoyed it every since!!

I love the all the Ex-Beatle's solo work, but on balance I prefer George's over the others. Bought this ablum in 1975 immediately after it was released. This Guitar is one of my all time favorite Harrison tracks.

This is close to the greatest thing I have ever seen..I've loved this song for years. I had no idea Clapton did this with Derek Trucks & that Mr. Trucks played slide like that. Unbelievable!!
