The run is called FIS (upper & lower) because it was originally designed to meet FIS slalom standards. It is not really that steep but it looks fun anyway.

@Fastcheetah9 Not true. Trail rating are done by the resort, and are relative to other trails within that resort and are based on a number of factors, not just pitch.

@williamo1980 True. Any overly padded running shoe might cause problems. Though everybody is different. Some people prefer a lot of padding and are prone to injuries with less padding, but some would argue that this is because of improper technique.

@zarrow50 Good question. He never did much after his suspension. Too bad. Since they all dope to some degree...most don't get caught...they should do away with testing. Let them dope if they want to. At least it would be a level playing (riding) field.

This is not open....they look like B players. In a real open championship, goggles are mandatory.

I'm not partial to either team, but it was clearly good. The field goal was pretty short and obviously hooked long after it went through the uprights. Even if a field goal is kicked above the uprights, it only has to "skim" the outside edge of either upright to be good.
