KEN MCLEOD talks with STEPHANIE NASH (11/2009)
In Nov 2009, (yes yes - we're sorry to not have edited these sooner), Ken & Steph sat down in front of two cameras and talked about Buddhist practice, retreats, teaching meditation, practical application of techniques....all sorts of things. It was a good conversation.
This was the first interview that Stephanie did with Ken. It was done for the purpose of introducing people to what Ken teaches & how. It turned into an interesting discussion (& partial demonstration.)

While in Tuscon, AZ (just before teaching a retreat), Stephanie Nash interviewed Buddhist meditation teacher, Upasaka Culadasa - about the practice.
Shinzen had suggested that Steph do this interview with Culadasa when she asked him what teachers he'd like to see her interview.

'WORKING with 'ICK'' ~ Stephanie Nash, July 2009
This was one of Steph's regular monthly Sunday workshops (total 10-11 segments.) Steph talks of working with the 'stuff that comes up' in our lives - which, when unpleasant, she calls "Ick." (Elsewhere known as 'dukha.')
She discusses possible ways of catching it and working with it.
