@karlstefa4lyfe actually, according to A Hard Days Write, it was about both girls, the girl I mentioned was nicknamed polythene pat, hence the song name and a majority of the content, but the line "dressed in her polythene bag" refers directly to a woman named Stephanie, the one you're thinking of
