Stephanie K's Hollywood looks and astounding vocal talent make a very powerful combination. She writes all of her own songs, lyrics and melodies. Her songs have received awards from countless competitions and organizations, including Billboard, Music Nation, The Great American Song Contest, The Los Angeles Music Awards, The Hollywood Music Awards, The International Singer/Songwriter Association, the International Unisong Contest and The Music City Songwriting Competition. In addition, her songs have been placed in award winning television shows (including the hit sitcom "The Game"). Stephanie's unique persona blends youth, raw emotion and sophistication. Several months ago, Stephanie teamed with famed 4-time Grammy Award winning producer Michael J. Powell (who helped launched the careers of and produced numerous hits for superstars Anita Baker, Aaliyah, R Kelly, etc.) and the duo began an unprecedented collaboration. Their brand of music combines pop, soul, funk and rock elements that features a band comprised of world-renowned musicians and vocalists. Edgy lyrics, Stephanie's powerful and sometimes sexy vocals, raging guitars, live horns, soulful background vocals, funky drums, drive the tracks and create the backbone of her unique style. In 2011, Stephanie was named one of the 11 Best-Dressed people in Detroit by the prestigious Hour Magazine. In November of 2012, Stephanie was awarded "Contemporary Artist of the Year" at the 21st Annual Los Angeles Music Awards (who have awarded such artists as No Doubt, Sugar Ray, and Katy Perry in the past). Her first single, "Story Of A Broken Heart", has begun playing on radio stations across the country. Stephanie's Album "Good Intentions" is set to be released by Bungalo/Universal in 2011.

Stephanie has been a fearless and accomplished performer from the beginning. She has been regularly selected (among the likes of Anita Baker and Aretha Franklin) to sing the national anthem at the Palace of Auburn Hills, the premiere arena in the Detroit Area, for the NBA's Detroit Pistons in front of sell-out crowds of over 22, 000 people. She has also performed her original material live at halftime at the Palace. In addition, she is a regular singer for the MLB's Detroit Tigers and has sung for the Harlem Globetrotters, the Detroit Fury, the WNBA's Detroit Shock, Motocross Tournaments, Toughman Contests and Budweiser Fight Nights as well. She has performed her original songs live on television (including a feature on FOX 2 News St. Louis), countless national festivals and in such famous venues as the House of Blues and the Whisky a Go-Go

Stephanie also worked as a DJ, Promotions Director, and News Director at a community radio station, WBFH 88.1 FM, for two years. She received several awards from both the Michigan Association of Broadcasters (MAB) and the Michigan Association of Educational Broadcasters (MAEB), including the MAB award for second best DJ in the entire state. In 2002, she was the State Champion in the Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association (MIFA) State Finals Tournament in the category of Storytelling. Stephanie is also a regular stand-in as The Detroit Pistons In-Arena Hostess on television during Pistons Broadcasts.

In addition to all of her singing enjoys kickboxing and running in her spare time. Musical theater is also her forte, as her credits include the lead roles in "Guys and Dolls", "Anything Goes", "Me and My Girl", and many more.
