Pretty song and a sentiment I can relate to. That said, the lyricist is very sloppy as to rhymes. For instance, "terms" and "first" do not rhyme. For something this sad and deep, taking the extra time to craft the song into a professional piece would make a lot of sense and a much better song.

It should be noted that this was written by Joni Mitchell in 1967!

Actually, this IS the original version.

The version on Let's Dance is faster and rockier, completely different than this one.

Whoever edited this piece spliced together video of two performances, as evidenced by the fact that Adele keeps going back and forth from holding the mic to having it attached to the stand. So is this two vocals edited together as well, or just stupidity on the part of the editor who made it look...

Awful.

God, she is awful. I love how she tries to belt out the beginning as if she has a powerful voice (or as if this novelty song merits it).

He needs to get his own songwriting style and vocal sound. Right now he is just emulating Rufus Wainwright.

Actually, he is correct. There is no reason why there would be an apostrophe in Universes since he is writing it as a plural of Universe - and plurals do not have apostrophes. If there isn't an apostrophe in the word Presidents, why would there be one in Universes?

The idea is cute, but the execution is strangely inert - actually boring to watch. Considering this is about aggression and testosterone, shouldn't there be more energy and movement?
