so how often would you say is optimal to rest between working the same body part? i usually rest 3 to 4 days between each. 1. chest/back, 2. shoulders/arms, 3. legs, 4. light cardio/abs or rest day, then start over again on chest/back..i never work a sore muscle, usually i'm not sore...
