i am a retired gymnast and a coach. i come from the same gym as mohini bhardwaj, mattie larson, samantha shapiro, hallie mosset, and the youtube famous: nica hults. (if you havent heard that gym is "all olympia") Because of my coaches: Galina Marinova, Fernando Villa, Jim Foody, Ivan Ivanov, and Toni Angelova I was All Around State Champ in 2004 and Floor State Champ as well. I now follow everything they taught me to help my girls. this channel is used as a reminder to some of my girls of their better performances.

In only my second year of coaching i helped produce an athlete who scored 9.900 at a State Championship meet in the Platinum Division on the Beam. This same athlete scored 9.75+ on every other event except vault. Her team placed 4th as a team with a combined score of above 186. In my 4 seasons of coaching i have coached 12 first place finishes at state championship meets and over 70 state medalists on the compulsory stage.
