It's really refreshing to see her so warm and witty. Fans who go to her shows know she's like this, but usually in interviews Tori does those long pauses and is a little awkward, She's so open here.

@clitorides Come on...if every song was just Tori and the piano, many would start to sound too similar. Varied instrumentation is incredibly important.

How can people dislike something like this? I can understand not liking the artist, but really - this is an incredibly moving experience, and I don't think there's a more honoring moment for these people. It's a shame people put this event down.

@chairde Let them sing what they want to sing. Tori Amos has covered tons of different styles of music, so I think it's appropriate for these kids to sing her music - they practice a variety of songs that way. Sure, they could also get that from covering other artists (and they HAVE), but there...

@neptunecello They're all there, as far as I can tell. Sometimes she just does a consistent 6/8 when she's playing extended versions of the riff.

@wish62988 Odd...I feel the exact opposite. Out of all the HP scores, I found Hooper's to be the most generic, background-like music.

@ryanranger easy.... Turtles are universally slow, no? So you have two things racing at such a slow pace that nothing is getting done. The "grapefruit" line sarcastic....that since nothing is getting done, even an inanimate object could solve things.
