About Your Health Conscious Diva!
This Channel began as my Personal Journey to Optimum Health. I am an avid believer in Holistic Healing Methods. I believe if the body is given the nutrients it needs it will restore itself to a healthy state. I believe whole living foods in its unprocessed state is best.
As a result of my dietary / lifestyle changes to date I have lost over 130 pounds. I have healed my skin of eczema and severe acne. It's been only a few months but I believe I have healed my Inflammatory bowel disease. Time will tell but I would have normally had a flare up by now and my digestion has never been this good. I have also healed my body of severe edema caused by msg in processed foods. Changing my diet from SAD (standard american diet) has been the key to my body healing itself naturally from these various ailments. Western Medicine has a place but pharmaceuticals are not the key to optimum health.
