Formed in 1996 as a side project, Jonathan quit his main band to focus on Doleful Lions. Signed to Parasol Records in early 1997 and has played with a revolving cast of musicians with Jonathan being the only permanent member. Has released 8 LP's and a couple of singles on Parasol Records, Broken Horse Records UK and The Great Pop Supplement UK. New album called Let's Break Bobby Beausoleil Out Of Prison was released on July 7th 2011 on Bandcamp
