I was thisclose to losing my Mom, who was my only support, over the past year, and she is continuing to battle through her cancer. I can only imagine what you have been going through. You're a very lucky woman to have survived much loss and find your way back to an old friend, writing. I wanted to share, briefly, my story with you and anyone else who'd like to read. I'm currently engaged to a man I've known for almost 10 yrs. We're friends and he's my biggest cheerleader in my life. He recently found out that his heart has become weakened and the doctors aren't very optimistic. I've never been one to go down without a fight but this changed him. Suddenly he wants to build a house for us, have a family and get married asap. I couldn't let the moment slip past either. At this moment we're planning a wedding in Vegas with close friends/family. Bottom line, life is a journey and I want to take memories with me filled with love and hope. You found that Susan. We've been blessed to have love surround and guide us with courage in our hearts. I wish you all the best in life and know you will build a legacy for your girls.
