Many times I have witness van der Linde transferring WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPT to recycle.

Lake Monticello has 0% recycling with van der Linde from time to time. Go in there after 4:00 and sometimes it is transferred out without any ATTEMPT to recycle ANYTHING.
