I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrionist who can appreciate the benefits of an active lifestyle and healthy diet. I was born and raised in Wales, but have travelled and lived in other places around the world -- some of which include cities in the UK, Ireland, and California. I have enjoyed an active lifestyle all of my life -- this includes organized sport and training, mostly soccer which is my main passion. I represented my regional club, Cardiff City FC, at the youth level. I have also been competitive in other sports, playing Rugby Union and Cricket.I have a passion for health and fitness - especially when it comes to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I do find that making friends along the way is just one added bonus to this profession. Whether you are a novice gym user, or a life long gym junkie, trying to lose body fat, gain lean tissue, correct a posture problem, prevent or correct a medical issue, prepare for a certain sport, or perhaps need guidance and/or analysis with your diet and nutrition - I am committed to helping and guiding you through your journey to achieve your own personal results and goals in the shortest possible time.
