GROUP HISTORY:

1969: Foundation of the company by Arthur W. Stähli.

1977: Conversion into A.W. Stähli Ltd. and construction of a new building.

1977: Company foundation of Stähli Läpp-Technik GmbH in Schönaich/Germany.

1987: Building expansion which doubles the operating area of the company.

1996: Founding of STAHLI USA Inc. Sales and service base for North America.

2000: Bernhard Stähli takes over as the second generation of management.

2001: Expansion of STAHLI USA, Inc. branch through the takeover of the firms Lapco and Technalap.

2003: Launching of the new DLM machine series.

2004: Moving into additional wing, floor size doubled in size.

2005: Changing of name to Stähli Lapping Technology Ltd.

2007: Moving of STAHLI USA Inc. into a new building with double floor
space, expansion of subcontract and R&D centre.
