@Jso003 No you couldn't. The only time you felt anything was when the afterburners were selected. There was a slight nudge as they kicked in. The flight deck would give you a running commentary while they did it. Fantastic stuff.

That businessman is spot on at 4:35 - it's a disgrace that Concorde was retired that way. It should have been a wake instead of a celebration. We're back in the 1960s now, pre-Concorde. Is there a successor???

RIP Gary Mason, killed yesterday morning (06/01/11) in a road traffic accident whilst out cycling. Good fighter and a true gent. Will be greatly missed.

Gary was killed yesterday morning, but details were only released publicly this morning. Very very sad news indeed. Good fighter was Gary, and his only loss was the one above on this vid, to Lennox Lewis.

The actor playing the rude guy at the end is David Schaal who also plays Jay's dad in The Inbetweeners, and his character in that is equally as rude!
