i have this on a varsity 78 and also a royale 10" Lp. both clock in at about 2' 48"...your disc is sounds like it is going much too slow.

about 16' 18" in, batman & robin go from the batcave up the batpoles back into wayne manor. the stock footage used of them going up the batpoles has a continuity error with the same shot of them coming down from the previous epsiode -- the cushions at the bottom are different colours.

that looks to be a 1965 cubs/dodgers game @ dodgers stadium that the joker spins backwards; the cubs at times played better that way.

note in the opening theme that the blaring sound effects play on adam west's credit and not when the criminals are being punched; it was also that way on the first two episodes on season #1. they must have prepared a theme song for slightly different animation that was not used, at least not f...

in case anybody really wonders, that red spinning object that appears just before the theme starts is a close-up of the batmobile's "start button" plate, which covers the "anti-theft activator".

notice that the theme song is slightly different in this first episode; the blaring trumpet sound effects that were supposed to go with the belting of the criminals are only two instead of three, and for some reason are shown with the adam west billing and not when they are actually hitting cro...

@SeanMBryans i cannot be really sure of the intent of the gag, as messing up names was a stock motif of archie's, but this one in particular was done several times in the first few seasons -- one even by archie with only an implied correction on the phone ("hello reverend fletcher"...*silence*....
