Bobby Paltauf

Bobby Paltauf is a 12 years old guitarist who plays blues and rock and roll. His influences are Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, BB King, Robert Johnson, Joe Bonamassa, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Albert King, Pete Townshend, Michael Williams, etc. He plays covers and writes his own songs which are inspired by his favorite artists. I began playing the guitar at the age of 8 being taught alittle by my dad. Once I was serious I began being self-taught. He persued himself into winning the Ridgefield Bandjam playing with his band JAM. I have also played at many other venues including, Ridgefield Playhouse, Stepping Stones Museum, The Room, Lumberyard Pub, Georgetown Saloon, Georgetown Day, Gilbert and Bennet, Broadview middle school, Redding Roadhouse, Molten Java, Redding community center, easton community center, etc. I recently play at the Ridgefield Playhouse 11/10/11 with blues legend Buddy Guy. We played texas flood and strange brew.
