Maybe you (and YouTube's administration) have just been trolled down? Have you tried to argue this with YouTube's administration?
You can just recheck licenses of all games you LP'ed and delete all which prohibit LP in any form (audio/video). Show those licenses to YouTube's admin-n to prove your rightfulness.
Laws do not have retroactive force, keep this in mind too.
