This is a list for less fortunate black skaters, and less fortunate skaters who like to watch black skaters, being that there are only so many, since skateboarding is primarily done by other races,also i really wanted to have this list since when i started Kareem Campbell is the only one I knew of thanks to Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 until Stevie Williams was brought to my attention. I really understand how black skaters can be discouraged by the negativity of stereotypes set by this world, this list is full of black skaters from the past, present, and uprising in the future. Please understand this is not a black supremacy kick, no race is better than another, but it is entertaining for some less fortunate as black skaters (as myself) to watch one another because we are few and far between, always have financial hardships, and truefully, its a lot of niggas in the hood that might try to punk you, judge you, or whoop your ass due to their lack of knowledge of not knowing that black skateboarders even exist. My message is don't quit!!! This list is to inspire each one of you all (still up even after judgemental persecution) so you don't do as I did, wasting your talent and falling off into the streets doing and selling drugs, please stick with it regardless and you can be whoever or where ever you want to be in this industry if you do, but this message is just for the real black skaters out there and real less fortunate skaters period!!!, not no ice cream fad posin ass niggas, the people who are struggling taking it seriously and do it with a passion rather you are black, mexican, asian, white, foreign... it does not matter anybody who goes through this shit, I just know a lot of black skaters will relate to me here in the U.S.A. from what I've been through....
