Russell Andrade received his Bachelor of Music degrees in Vocal Performance and Music Composition from the University of Georgia and did his graduate work at Florida State University. Mr. Andrade has performed in the choruses of Opera Tampa and Atlanta Opera and as a soloist with numerous ensembles, including the Vermont Philharmonic and Northwinds Symphonic Band. Awards he has received include the Arioso Award for Outstanding Vocal Achievement (2000 and 2003), NATS District winner (2005), Metropolitan Opera National Council Audition's Georgia District Encouragement Award (2006), Bel Canto Institute 2008 Performance Award, and Bel Canto Institute 2008 Orchestral Performance Award.
