This fast, free therapy will likely lessen your depression. It disconnects you from past emotional upsets, of which there may be many.

Hi Rachel! I am SO sorry for all that you have been through and I cannot imagine the pain and suffering having had SJS/TEN must have caused you. I just wanted to let you know that I am here and incredibly touched by your strength. I suffered a bout of Erythema Mulitforme Minor, which they think is a much milder form of the same pathology as SJS last March due to the anti-epileptic drug Trileptal last March. While I did not suffer any long lasting effects from it, I do remember how terrified I was. Thank GOD my doctor had warned me about the possibility of developing a dangerous rash, so at the first signs of skin irritation, I stopped it. I think that may have saved my life. My rash too was proceeded by a few days of fever/flulike symptoms. Many well wishes to you!

Was simply trying to learn about SJS...
Wow you have been through so much. Your perseverance and humor ("so I'm not a depressed ass when I get down there") are amazing! Hope you don't stop loving yourself.

I know it feels like it will never get better but it will. Hang in there. It took me almost a year to get back to work after my episode (twice in 1 month). If there is anything I can do to help u, let me know. I think u are doing a great thing with your videos and the support group. You are still beautiful inside and out. keep up the good work.
yours in recovery,
Paul

Hey Rachel...my boss has had SJS for about 4 months now. He believes he got it from ALEVE. We have been wondering if it will ever go away....you are showing amazing strength and i hope you have a full and complete recovery.

Hi. :) I don't know you but I came across your videos while researching this syndrome. I work at a children's hospital and we have a kiddo who also has this.
I wanted to commend you on your courage and bravery during the difficult time you have went through.
May God bless you and thank you for posting your videos.

as you recover from the episode you went through you will be able to look back at these videos and see the progress...it is similiar to why we do it for obesity...keep posting and just talk about anything..weather, family, hopes and dreams, what's going on in your area. It is very interesting to people who are far away...
best wishes
Rose
