@Ariamaluum: I agree that they should have beat the Braves in 91, but the Reds in 90 were pretty tough. Their win over Oakland in the World Series wasn't that big of an upset.

@Canuck204: Denver beat the 96 Pack, basically. They also repeated. The 91 Skins and 96 Pack didn't. The 92 Cowboys did, but look who they beat. Buffalo wasn't all that great.

@GialloHorror: In 92 and 93, I don't think that the Niners were better than Dallas. Their defense was mediocre at best in those seasons. I think that their 92 team should have lost more games than they did, and in 93, they won a weak division with only 10 wins.

Eldridge Dickey didn't seem to get a fair chance at QB with the Raiders. They switched him to WR, and his enthusiasm went down. He only played until 1971.

I agree with Abner at the end of this. The Chief GM was an a-hole for what he did.

@riotusa1: Bum's trade of Pastorini wasn't good, but in the NFL book The Super 70's, Bum Phillips talked about how Pastorini wanted to be traded.

Very disappointing. I couldn't believe that Syracuse blew this one. They would have won it all that year if they get by MSU and Iowa St.

This should have been Mich. St-Penn St. I can't believe that PSU lost to Temple.

Now, the Spartans probably would have won, but the Lions beat them in the Big 10 tourney, so it would have been interesting to see. Imagine JoePA at a Final Four.

@MIKECNW: It said in the credits that Howard Neef and Ernie Ernst, two NFL Films guys, were part of the camera crew. Maybe they joined NFL Films later, I don't know.

@cbaldwinjr: Why did Al Davis even draft Marc Wilson in 1980? He had just traded for Dan Pastorini, and he had Jim Plunkett in the wings. Terrible pick.

@nickwininger: Nebraska's schedule in 95 wasn't that tough. Those teams shouldn't have been ranked that high. The Big 8 wasn't that strong in 1995. And, Florida was an overrated, soft team that didn't match up with Nebraska like the 01 Canes do.

@duppydoopy: The Steelers also blew a game a few weeks later to the Patriots in the 4th quarter. Win that one and the Oakland game, and they are 12-2 and have home field.
