I like those old snub nose S & W revolvers too. They remind me of the detective shows back in the 60's and 70's. I recently purchased a S&W model 12 for $350 (nickel plated) it looks very similar to yours.

I have a Smith and Wesson model 12, looks almost indentical to this gun, these are great guns.
