@alicetwain Oh, I totally agree with you on that. I'm on a plant-based diet, so I eat more like 70% carbs. My point was only that she hadn't cut out ALL carbs.

@SoulFitnessDivas I totally agree! I wasn't really impressed by his weight loss; that's a given going from his old diet to only juice. The fact that all of his medical conditions went away is AMAZING, and they don't even talk about that.

I know flax oil is really healthy, but I can not STAND what oil does to the texture of a smoothie. I do put in ground flaxseed.

I made this, minus the green tea, which I didn't have. It was SO good! Rich and creamy, like a dessert. I shared it with my 2-year old and she couldn't get enough! I will definitely be making it again, next time with the tea!
