    Owweeee...pistols. You caught me napping on those! And side plank lift. I feel the burn! I completed 3 rounds in 18:51. All push ups from the toes. I had to use support and hang onto my left calfto get off the ground for the last round of pistols. Awesome workout...nice length...great varie...
