They swear. The SALESPERSONs and the MANAGERs! It's true. Happy I bought a 2 year guaranty.
But the lied. THEY LIED. IS A LIE. Six month later one of my golf club got broken. In Store the told my: NO. We (Sport Authority) don't replace broken items. Call the Insurance Company they told me. Liars!
If you buy any insurance from Sport Authority, believing there employees LIES of getting the replacement on the premises, you will be sorry like I am.
