hmm... if you shoot at the ghost it will be taunted for a while and won't attack you if you stand up.. However it can get tricky since he can fake being taunted XD overall this fight is a bitch... But you'll get it :F I'm sorry this is all the help I can offer. Have you tried watching walkthrough videos?

If you stay on your hands and knees the ghost won't be able to harm you. You can only momentarily taunt it by shooting. The painting changes place quite frequently so what you need to do is to follow the blue glow that's around the hand of the statue where the painting is. Get near that statue, get up, grab the painting, go down on your hands and knees again and crawl out of the room. Just ignore the ghost.
It might take quite a few tries to manage since that guy is probably the most frustrating TR boss ever but keep trying! Hope this helped :))
