I've upgraded the swashplate and head, tail motor mount and fin but I can't find decent landing gear. where did you get this from ??

It looks like an aileron problem to me, a dab of right could have corrected it, but I feel for you mate. I've pranged a few myself, it's all part of the emotional highs and lows of RC flying.......Who dares wins.
